when i got in my car today i was listening to some music and then all of a sudden the bass gradually died out as if i turned the bass knob down but i still had it. i got home and checked some shit out and the amp is still on (not in protect) and my amp for highs work just fine. any reason as to why it decided to stop working?

i checked the battery... but wouldnt the amp be in protect if it was a power wire?

i also checked the head unit and the wires leading to the subs are all connected.

any help? i cant think of anythign else to check.

you ain't been bizzy til you've been wit jizzy.

I know on my amp that is messed up right now it powers on fine but it won't play. The ground terminal is messed up, but that is on mine and probably a rare occurrence as mine was an "accident"

Breaking in a sub is like breaking in your girl before you pound her....

check to make sure the speakers are still good.

usually when they "fade" out they are blown.

hook up another speaker to the amp and see if it works or "pop" test them.
