flashlight_65 Posted April 2, 2009 Report Posted April 2, 2009 when im laying the music loud (close to full tilt) im seeing really bad dips in my voltage (down to 10.9 volts! ) it happens mainly at the higher bass notes like around 40hz and up. i thought my electrical was good but any ideas? all my gear is in my sig. let me know what you guys think Quote My builds: my caddy my 'hoe friends impala

How much amps does you alternator put out throughout the rpm range ? The grounds are good (bare metal in the trunk, patch sanded under the hood and sanded bare on the chassis.) I'll check the fuses and I'll let you guys know. Btw how can you tell if a fuse is bad?
