whats up everyone, ok igot a 99 s10 that is already bagged, but it is really really slow not sure of the exact setup guy said i need a bigger tank, just wanna get some ideas or thoughts of what it is, i had a bagged truck b4 and it was quick, this truck u hit the switches up and it doesnt move hardly u have to hard the switch in for a good while any ideas thanks

need bigger valves maybe? i been learnin about air ride a lil, but maybe a bigger tank too so ya have more air ready when ya need it

You need more of one of three things...or all three..or a combination of.lol

1. higher pressure in your air tank

2. larger valves

or 3. larger line.

All a bigger tank is going to do is give you more playtime and increase your fill times....neither of which you stated you wanted...lol

use a nitrogen tank along with the normal airide setup. if i remember right steve did this too. use it when it need s to be done faster than waiting in the compressor/s

ah cool. i learned something too :D i figured it was a matter of gettin more air to the bags with the bigger valves. i see with the bigger tank for sure. im still workin on gettin the bonni rimmed up lol

...and ive read th nitrogen tanks are just for fast spurts but wouldnt ya still need bigger valves too?

thats what i thought about the bigger tank lol, how do u get higher pressure in ur tank??

technically yes bigger valves would still be needed. but that is waht you would want is a fast spurt

Higher pressure can be achieved by adding a higher value pressure switch so that it turns off your compressors at a higher pressure....like 200 psi vs 160psi

You can also add a nitrogen tank with regulator and set the regulator to fill the tank to a higher pressure.....but they are not cheap. The only way to get more flow through your valves would be to upgrade them to a larger size....unless it's the size of your fittings and line that is restricting the flow of air.
