Saltine Posted February 21, 2007 Report Share Posted February 21, 2007 ok, couldnt find the other post anyway i talked to my friend today about the RF 15K that went up in smoke. the amp that burned up was a preproduction working eye candy amp. they just kinda fitted it together for show. it put out all the said power but the amp itself was unstable the circuit boards inside were not properly braced and the way the wall was flexing and all the vibrations from the bass erked it and shorted it out. what did RF do about this called RF, 2 engineers built a brand new sturdy amp friday, saturday and most of sunday they drove from Arizona to Louisiana, slept the rest of sunday installed the new amp on Monday as i stated they had another amp out there tuesday they put it in the parade bumping the whole route thats that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RF would have looked like true ass clowns when it burned up in the middle of a parade in front of a bunch of people and that woudl take a LONG ass time for people to shut the fuck up about. i know if MTX, Kicker, Alpine, JL etc... made a big ass amp and it burned up in a parade i would talk shit on it forever.
