I want to see this done as well the box is going to be a solid 3.5-3.8cuft depending on what i can squeeze out of that damn truck. ports will be on the passenger side with 17'' of port outside the box pointing up at the roof. will be tuned to 32hz with a length of around 62'' and 15'' in height. my main task is my side panels in the back, i may need to cut them so the box fits better. will be leaving on vacation friday and wont be back till the following weekend. when i come back i will be hard and heavy on the project and should have new build pics coming soon. got the passenger door to finish, box, little wiring, and im done http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars

FiBTLforlife Posted June 13, 2009 Author Report Posted June 13, 2009 was my first time ever to touch fiberglass and reasin. not hard, just use ur commen since when mixing it and dont put like a shit load of hardener bc it will get hot fast on you. came out ok for my first time doing it though, i was happy. it served it purpose of blocking any water that leakes through the doors. wasnt looking to make it spotless clean looking since nobody will see it 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars
FiBTLforlife Posted June 22, 2009 Author Report Posted June 22, 2009 alright well went and got the wood today. sucks bc its up to like $26 a sheet here. anyway got most of the box cut out today but that small opening u will see when i put the pieces together. i might fiberglass that part or cut out wood for it to fit, havent decided yet. box is 3.5cuft after all diss of subwoofer and ports. will be using 3 4'' flared ports with the port being 27.5'' long each and i will have 17'' of each port being out of the box to save on cuft disp. got to hot today so ill start up on some more work tom with the build. advice and comments are welcome 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars
