Boon
150 with 4 12's and 32hz tuning, you're probably talking about a good 12kwrms and an extremely good box. With a single cab you're going to have a pretty high cabin peak due to the small airspace in the cabin, why not capitalise on it and tune high? Maybe have swappable ports... 150 with 4 12's and 64hz tuning, not terrifically hard... Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
Blue
I have a couple of question for you. What is ur budget? Why 12's(not that the btls are bad subs)? I ask 'cause if you are going to cut a hole into your truck, why not use the biggest subs you can fit? I have a design for a 6th order box that i want to do to my reg. cab f150, should yeild impressive results, for 2 15's (but can be tweaked for 18's). Quote formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies. Regardless if they were dipped platinum and were stuffed in Beyonce's twat.....way too fucking exspensive this sux camel dicks

I'm just wanting to go with something that will make me happy for awhile. I have heard from some of the audio places around here that 18's can get inaccurate notes cause of the cone is a big. I'm not sure if this is true or not that is why i choose 12's
Team_DC-Derrick
is that 2k for subs, amp, wiring, and box? or just the box alone?
