newls1
OK, I have some good shit coming soon from DC Power (Thanks ROB) and I just want to make sure I understood everything Rob was telling me. As far as wiring 2 alts together, just run a 0ga "Jumper" wire from the secondary alt into my Primary alt. As far as the MLA module is concerned, I take the factory GM ALT plug, and plug this into my MLA module, and the MLA module will have 2 alt connectors coming out, so I just connect 1 to each alt....Is this correct? Seems way to easy. Does anyone have pics of dual alt setups in a 01-06 tahoe and using a MLA module? Thanks I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny

MECHMAN
someone? Yes, that is how that should be wired. Depending on how much amperage each alternator makes, (if they are more than 200 amps) it would be better to run a dedicated 1/0 cable from each of the alternators to the positive terminal of the battery. 400+ amps through a single run of 1/0 could give you a little voltage loss. 1-888-MECHMAN www.Mechman.com [email protected]
