What is your budget that your wanting to spend on upgrading the front speakers? If you don't mind spending about $200 you can get a pair of Alpine Type X 6 1/2's that come with 6X8 adapters to make them fit. They also come with a little mounting bridge to mount the tweeter right over the woofer so you don't have to find another location to place the tweeter at. I really really wanted these myself since I have a Ford with 6X8's for the doors, but I got an incredible deal on a pair of Kicker RS65.2 comps. They were orgionally $400 a set and I got mine for $160 on close out from a local retailer.
