will putting some kind of sound damping material help my numbers last night i had my first comp and i didn't have any and i was wondering if that is the next step i should take or go with bigger subs and amp

i have 2 10's and i hit 139.4 dB

well i found a thread of someone who kept track of his numbers before and after...

also my friend had a bit laying around so we put alittle bit in his trunk and it looks and sounds like it helps it...

edit: that *** stuff looks crazy

SD can hurt your score. Depends on the vehicle.

^hes right...it will make it sound better since you wont have rattling goin on...or very little....but as far as your score goes, its up to the car....
