manny10473 Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 well i am gettin 2 hifonics 12'' subs..HFi12D4... as a temporary set up.. cant stand being without any type of bump in my truck.. so i was wondering if anyone could design a box for me.. i am willing to pay a.s.a.p. through paypal.. size doesnt really matter.. just want my subs to sound decent.. well .. thats all... thanks in advance..

BanginOnABudget Posted May 15, 2009 Report Posted May 15, 2009 i own some of those subs, you WONT be disapointed. fuckers pound for budget subs. im taking out my passenger seat, battery is disconnected, going to unwire and take out the three amps, take out the 70+ lb box, then the platform so i can crimp 1 wire. Almost as bad as those fegs that put those horns in their grills and roll down the street distorting the block.... 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2 Dr. Big-3 in 0g on Stock Alt. Outer dimensions: 14" (h)x 35" (w) x 32" (d) Port size: 12.5" (h) x 5.5" (w) x 23" (l) Box will be ~5.75 ft^3 tuned to 30hz. I assumed 600watts rms. Still gonna peak at a bit higher frequency. Cuts: 2 - 35" x 32" 2 - 30.5" x 12.5" 2 - 35" x 12.5" Port cuts: 1 - 12.5" x 22.25" This will be assuming a slot port on the rear of the box on the edge of a wall side of the box. I can draw it out for you if you would like. That was just a quick thrown together one. Someone can double check the numbers if they would like. The woofers might suck all the air out your lungs (if you stand too close) When the monster hums
