True. I do use it from time to time to check things about what I'm building... like volume and port length... then I go back and tune it by ear

I just bought a 15" L7 off of my friend for $120. It's in a sealed enclosure but it seems like the enclosure is a tad too small, even tho it does slam. I wanted to make a 3cubic ft. ported enclosure for my 96 vw golf. I wanted to build it to Kicker specs, but I am working with limited room.

you could always throw it in the kicker recommended box...

IMO WinISD beta is pretty easy to figure out, you just have to make sure to account for the volume the port takes up

from strut tower to strut tower I have 36.25" gonna aim for 35.75" so I have a tad bit of room

from the back of my seat to the rear of the hatch is 30"

and height is 17.5" but I was gonna make that about 17.

When I used subwoofertools.com it came up with a ported box that was, I believe, 35.50" x 20" (not sure, but somewhere around that) x 17

I had a port tuning of 35hz, according to kicker specs.
