Could This Work?

I have a 99 silverado. I wanna do a blowthrough but its also so much work. (unless someone can gimme some pointers) what i wanna do is instead of having a blowthrough if i could jost have the subwoofers in the bed and the ports coming form the bed to the cab and through my back seats (flushmounted). Can this work? Will it still be loud? Im thinking of 2 12" or 15" fi bl's to btls in the future.

Obviously, this would be a bandpass enclosure, since all the output is coming through the ports. To answer your question, though; it could be loud hell if you build it right.

Just do ALL your homework on your box before you build it and you should be okay.

if you have an extra cab why not remove the backseats and build the box inside the cab or under tha seats also you can just port the box into the cab and have the subs in the bed without cutting it all out

i got kids lol and a wifeyand 3 brothers and 1 sister my shit is always packed. i wanna bang loud as fuck but i need my cab space and i dont wanna do a full blowthrough if i dont have to

cant fit 2 12's or even 1 under my back seats especially no bls or btls

It has potential to work ...i did a similar set up to a ford ranger..It played very low actually to low for the owners likings .So i ended up doing a true blowthrough.It consisted of 4 memphis m3 12s and 2 mc 1500ds.As far as i know its still playing strong ...

so what did the blowthrough do that made a difference? I know it sounds stupid but i a novice just trying to learn
