EpicenterDesigns
I should clarify on my Tips post that I dry sand with the 80 and the 150. Then I wet sand with the 220. Then I primer and wet sand the primer with 220, then 400. lovellsz
when i would wet sand my car it was to make it strait. I would primer it than i would put on a guide coat, since i was using yellow primer, i used flat black as my guide coat. then i would wet sand or "block" with 400 then let it dry primer it again, block again, do this 3 times with the 400 then after that i would go up in grit i would go to 800 then 1000, then paint it. But this was with a car and not plastic pieces Quote RF Punch 40x2RF Punch 100x2RF Punch 200x2RF Punch 200x2RF Punch 400x4JL Audio 10W7-3"but its only a 200 watt amp tho"
EpicenterDesigns
Same thing. The principles are the same. Just have to apply them to what you are doing. If you use regular sanding paper, it will fall apart quickly. s1795so2
that is why to keep that excess dust out of my sandpaper longer i use a water bottle with a small hole poked in the top of it and keep it rinsing while i am sanding. You didn't piss anyone off, some just didn't know what you were getting at with that post, now that you have told us why you change paper more we understand that post. didn't mean to make you think I was pissed off. -Steven-
