so you build all your boxes with a circular saw? impressive, even when i use a guide the cuts are always a tiny bit off...

Steve... Do you think it is possible to build a box for let's say two 18" Btls by just fiberglassing the inside with that same mat you used?

Meaning I wouldn't use any 2x4s or steel rods, just fiberglass so I have more airspace to work with or would that be pushing it?

i think thats pushing it because its gonna be too much strain on the fiberglass. remember, fiberglass isnt that strong on a flat surface!!
