MaX
How do you go about incorporating a plexigless window into an enclosure?? I might do this on my next box, but I dont know how to get it in...or do you make the whole side of plexi? <div align='center'>03 RAV4 18" DC Level 4 XL Knukonceptz 1/0 gauge AudioQue 2200D 6.25 cubic foot box tuned to 32 hz DB Linc 200 Amp H/O ALT 1/0 BIG III</div>
BEllithorpe04
you would have to make sure it is thick enough so it doesnt flex, but you could do a side that is double baffled, cut a smaller window on the bottom board, then the size of the window on the stop then screw it in. you could also fiberglass one in 1997 Pontiac Bonneville Black on Black on Black 15" DC Sound Labs Level 5 w/ quad coil in a T-Line tuned to 35 hz 7" Jensen VM9311TS Touch Screen Flip Out w/ J-Link Blue Custom Trim Blue Custom Fiberglass Rear Speaker Pods Autotek Mean Machine MM2000.1 1/0 Knukonceptz KLMX Rockford Fosgate Twisted RCA's 2 Audiopipe Anl fuse holders w/ 200A Kicker fuses 2nd battery (Soon to be an Odyssey D3100) Dynamat Extreme Bulk Pack Custom False Floor 15% Tint All Around Custom Painted Stock Rims My Build Log Tailights 15" Lvl 5 DC T-Line Build
Torres
you'll wanna use 3/4" plexi. cut out the hole you need, but small enough to where you can bolt the plexi in from the inside. predrill the holes in the plexi, but not too close to the edge to prevent splitting. w87will
so like I cut a hole in the mdf an bolt the plexi from the inside Yes, thats the easiest way and it still looks great. You dont even need bolts. Just get some screws with a decent sized head on them and just long enough so they dont go all the way through the mdf. Thats what I did on my box. Its still holding up.
