I am going to try and get my case tooled up - if not the first then the second run will get it. sundownz
2 powers and grounds right? i remember someone saying the 3500 was biggest single input you guys would be able to make. 1200 Sounds do-able. any numbers being revealed? Yes, dual power and ground. Testing so far: I got 6900 @ 1.3 actual on 17.9v rest. Did not measure voltage drop. You can get close to 8k out of it with a rise closer to 1 ohm. With a rise to 2.12 I still got 5290 out of it. --- On 12v system: 3100 @ 1 ohm nominal with actual rise to 2.67 ohms (Drop to 13.6 volts) 4910 @ 1/4 ohm nominal with actual rise to 0.71 ohm (Drop to 11.6 volts) I'll be doing more 12v testing to include 1/2 ohm nominal testing when I get my Jeep put back together (changing it over to 12v). The above was done on two Powermaster D3100s in Derrick's Explorer. Resistive testing @ Factory = 5200 @ 14v @ 1 ohm --- All clamp tests done a full ~6-7 seconds into the burp on my Extech Power clamp : http://www.extech.com/instrument/products/...399/380976.html Quote - Jacob Fuller - Owner, Sundown Audio - Sundown Audio on FACEBOOK - Please DO NOT PM ME -- use my email address -- [email protected]
