But whats the point of adding flour? Who wants flour on their food? That's if you want your filling in a different flour.Say you get a soft taco, add a flour and you can get a beef tostada. Anyways, I want to end this thread with a little rant. Working front counter today, dude comes in Orders 20 Soft taco's and a Nacho Bell Grande. Were already understaffed, we have one line open making food. A total of 4 people working. More people come in after this gentleman and I take there orders as well as hoping over to Drive to take orders there to get them out. All things considered, even with both lines open, it's going to take a solid 5 mins to make 20 soft tacos. This gentleman has the nerve to tell me to stop taking orders until his is done. He then proceeds to exclaim out loud about how he has seen 4 orders go out the window and he has been waiting 20mins. (It was 9 mins, I looked and told him.) I then tried to explain to him that those people had ordered before him. He wouldn't listen, and kept complaining for then ext 30secs because we were working on his order as he was complaining. I just have a few words to say, We know you are hungry and would like your food 10 mins ago. We know you have other things to do today and are in a rush. Please forgive us if we only have one line open making food and you don't get yours right away, we know and are working on getting it done. Don't go off on a tangent because someone who ordered before you got their food before you. Cliffs: Irate Customer not satisfied his 22 item order wasn't done fast enough. We know, please be patient. now534 Posted June 15, 2009 Report Share Posted June 15, 2009 had that happen to me one night at mickey d's it was about 10-10:30ish time frame. 2 busses full of kids (about 60 each bus) decide to come in it starts going smooth and im down to like 4 people at this time Me (manager) my grill person and my back order taker and i had a front counter person. They decide that its taking to long for them to get there food so they all start goin off saying Wow is it really taking this long to get our food and start screaming what they had. i ignored them all and my front counter person was screaming at them saying they were rude. What do you expect when you bring 120 kids to a place that only has 4 people working in it demanding fast food. Its not happening at that time of night.
