Guest Posted June 14, 2009 Report Posted June 14, 2009 at least 4 of them. if your running a true 10,000w or even like 5000 or so, a 200amp alt wouldnt really keep the charge up since about 100amps will be used to keep the batts charged and the rest of the car running. Quote

Im affraid to run a good underated 6000rms off 2 batteries with a 270amp Mechman alt, and all other wiring upgrades. dont forget this guy has compressors to be running off the batteries too. Quote
