mhart
how many d3100's are needed for a 10,000 watt system? also the truck is bagged with dual compressors and has a 200 amp alt. audiofanaticz
Id say at least 4 to 6 batteries. 4 would probolly be good enough, but 6 is just going to be that overkill that is always great to have. This will allow you to beat longer, and still have reserve left over for the compressors.
lukaQ
is that really needed?? I mean two bats would have huge Ah rating and even bigger max amps... with 4 you could bang a lot longer, I'll give you that Quote Got carbon fiber dust cap??? 18inchjeepin
it sounds like you want to play music, and with only a 200 amp alt it starts to drain the batteries, so i say 4 also Quote HHR (2) 15 DC Soundlab Lvl4XL SPL's (1) Soundstream XXX-15000D (9) XS Power D1000's XS Power - Soundstream SS N/W 155.1 db and climbing
Guest
at least 4 of them. if your running a true 10,000w or even like 5000 or so, a 200amp alt wouldnt really keep the charge up since about 100amps will be used to keep the batts charged and the rest of the car running. audiofanaticz
is that really needed?? I mean two bats would have huge Ah rating and even bigger max amps... Im affraid to run a good underated 6000rms off 2 batteries with a 270amp Mechman alt, and all other wiring upgrades. dont forget this guy has compressors to be running off the batteries too.
