Best Way To Wall

whats the best way to do a wall i have the box plan its just makin it the wall part im confused on,i dont kno how to make it completely sealed best i can do is like an inch all the way around,i planned on building a platform putting the box on it and cutting a trim piece but do i just make it a trim piece or do i run boards back or does it have to be completely sealed wall to wall top to bottom if anyone has any picture please post

he fiberglassed though,if i can do it without fiberglassing that'd be better

do you want this to be permanent? if so, use trim pieces, and great stuff.

just build the box and put it in there....then cut out some cardboard for a template of the enitre wall (it will be a lot of cutting, eyeballing, measuring, cutting some more...and so on) after you have the cardboard template of the wall, trace onto some mdf. then either cut out the sub circles and port and slap it on as double baffle, or trim everthing but the outer few inches and screw it into the baffle. i would still maybe shoot some expanding foam (great stuff) around it though.
