andym85 Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 just build the box and put it in there....then cut out some cardboard for a template of the enitre wall (it will be a lot of cutting, eyeballing, measuring, cutting some more...and so on) after you have the cardboard template of the wall, trace onto some mdf. then either cut out the sub circles and port and slap it on as double baffle, or trim everthing but the outer few inches and screw it into the baffle. i would still maybe shoot some expanding foam (great stuff) around it though. i likes me some audio stuff...
