MXmike800 Posted July 11, 2009 Report Posted July 11, 2009 no you can do it either way only reason it is probably RIGHT behind the seats is for the cu ft needed. Hence making a wall cause you need some big ass room.

I also have a 2dr so the front half is longer than on a 4dr making it still pretty comfortable with the wall so close. Colin - STAPUFT Posted July 11, 2009 Report Posted July 11, 2009 Behind the "C" pillar in my Astro. Right behind the sliding door- where the 3rd row seating went. Still can keep my "middle" row seating. Had to squeeze the amps in the back. Much less forgiving with spare room and you have to make sure measurements are spot on. It won't meter as loud either, because you have to excite more air in the cabin, but you do get more seats.
