Big P Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 I dont know much about new hardware up untill a few weeks ago I was useing a 1 gig T bird with a 64 MB asus video card. any way heres what I have now. I use it to surf the web and edit tons of video. I also do lots of graphic type stuff with it to. I dont do much gaming. Its a GIGABYTE GA-8ST800 MOTHERBOARD Pentium 4 2.53 GHZ Processor and a gig of ram Im going to order another gig of ram soon aswell. So what kind of video card should i get. Im running 7 case fans, cpu fan, video card fan. 3 Led bar lights and 2 cold cathodes. Plus about 10 usb devices. I am saying that because I see it has a 4x agp slot Instead of the 4x/8x slot...Anyway here is what I have I have an Ati x1600 pro 512mb Video card...I love it. It really does great..I game alot and play videos, and I haven't had any problems out of it...Cost me around $200 at Circuit City...Had like a $60 dollar rebate on it to at the time I bought it..Around Christmas time..Video card really depends on what you want to do..I have an All in Wonder Tv card also laying around...I think it is 64mb. It has all the imputs on it so if you want to play your Playstation, Xbox, Upload video's off of your Video camera that is the card to go with...The All in Wonder from Ati..Check that one out...
