thephanatik Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 (edited) My parents divorced about 8-9 years ago, and got back together about 5 years ago and remarried about 3 years ago. I know this isn't the case for everyone, but there's always that chance. And she should make the decision based on whats best for the child and you guys, her parents shouldn't matter. My sister married an alcoholic, ex-drug user, bipolar... the list goes on and although my parents are still upset about it, they more or less got over it and we see them almost every day.
