sound xtreme Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 those amps ARE NOT meant for daily use. they are so finicky, i fear even with a beefy power bank, it will pop on you. I have seen lots of them blow up for no reason. If you did not already buy it, i would into some of their other amps. This is not bashing hifonics/maxxsonics in any way. That amp can produce or 13K at 17V. It is stupid powerful, however, i have SEEN them pop just sitting there in idle (power on only).
