As for the sub magnet issue...maybe a 2nd smaller ring to "shield" the magnet from the glass, in a semi-skeleton fashion? I modded ur pic so check it out-the 2nd ring on the subs magnet would give you a buffer to glass around and not interfere w/ the magnet unless there's no room there for the 2nd ring. If thats the case, I would think just angling it more inward would compesate for the tight fit there and just glass as you'd planned originally. ~2cents. I was talking with Chode last night and we came up with an idea.... sub flat and the mid and tweter angled towards the middle.. something like this, but the tweeter and mid angled alittle more 1995 Geo Prism .
