Kicker Cvx Or Rf T1

I think the kicker would be louder and the sq would be pretty close.

I'm going with the T1 simply because I have one and I'm happy with it. Have it running of a T3002 and gets pretty loud.

dont put 800 watts on a type r 12. on a type r 15, sure. that would slam. but the 12 wouldn't like that much power.

I have 800 watts going to my type r 12" for months now and it takes it just fine. its in a 2.25 cu ft @ 32hz box btw

It all comes down to the box. Is your box right now ported? Well built? Changing the sub won't do as much as changing the box would.

if your just upgrading subs, you should prolly get somethin that will handle more watts than your current sub.

type r is a good banger but from the choices try the t1 or go with fi ssd sub

ssd are cheap, 800rms they can handle even more, good quality sub which you wouuld enjoy. The kicker is a nice sub but the t1 is a beast when turned up so and can handle alot of power.
