i think we'll brace it from either the front to the back wall or the front to the port wall. Because the side walls are the least likely the flex. The larger the open piece of MDF, the more likely it is to flex. So 1 2x4 brace should stabilize it, although I dunno if it's even necessary. Overkill is good in car audio though.

I agree, its not gonna hurt anything.

i finally got some more work done on my box...i started the carpeting tonight and will finish it up tomorrow to hopefully install on saturday and sunday..i have 2 pics but they both suck and you cant see much but here they are anyways.....
