Ok well this is actually my first thread and i really need someones help.

ok here my dilemma =)

an RF T1 10" handles 600rms

and so does the 12", and the 15".

ok so now my question is

can a 15" T1 handle more than what it says?

because im thinking of getting 4 15" T1's and powering them up with 4 T1000's.

will they handle it?

oh and by the way they are going to be in a sealed enclosure.

I'd probably only run two T10001's to four T1 15's. They can handle more than 600 watts each but if you run each one of your amps at 1ohm they would be running around 1400 watts per sub. I'd run four T2's off four T10001's, that would be a much better match.

depends the ohmload of the T1s. if they are dual 2 ohm and you wire it to 1 ohm you will most likely smoke them subs unless you REALLY know what your doing. the 15s are rated at 600 but the most i seen safely run to them was around 800 watts RMS. now there may be people that run higher but tuning of the box, gains, freq they play and what not plays a BIG part.

if you have dual 4 ohm i can see you running them at 2 ohm a piece and getting around 700-1000 watts and being relatively safe doing so

damn cause a friend of mine ran 4 of them in a little pontiac sunfire with 4 t1000's and he said the coils would get warm every 15 to 20 minutes but he said they can handle it.

cause i have 2 t1000's already all i really need to know is if it would handle it.

have you guys ever seen somebody run a t1000 to a t1?

find out what ohm load they are...he may have them at either 2 or 4 ohm

if he has dual 4 ohm, you can use 2 per amp and she will SLAM. believe me...i know...i used to have that exact set up with 4 T1 dual 4s and 2 T10001bds

You can do much better than the t1's... They do not impress me one bit. Power wise... I probably wouldn't throw much more than 750-800rms at them in a ported box.
