seen that 2 might try it but i looked at it and it seems like the whole window seal is pushing outward

Was it a white ranger? If it was then i was the one who built that system and put the tennis balls behind the cab.. It helped out A LOT with the back of the cab flexing. Your rear window will still flex quite a bit but won't sound as nasty, and that might get rid of all of your rattles back there.. We put 20 balls between the cab and the bed..

I went to ebay and just searched for audiopipe amplifiers. From what I have read they run kinda hot so its good to have a cooling fan on them. But for the price of like $160 for the 1500D you cant beat it!

Only times my AP-15001D has gotten hot was demoing sealed up on a 90+ day... lol.
