1992Chevy K1500
Hey Steve, if you don't mind my asking, how big of a screen do you think you could fit in that dash? Possibly 15.6"? I have an idea for my truck, and would like to know. meade916
probably not that much bigger unless you are trying to get super crazy on the fiberglass. Dont forget this thing has a frame around it so it looks smaller when molded in but the frame is still there. I would say a 12 would probably be about the limit before the degree of difficulty starts to go up a little higher. I would have done a 12 but i couldnt find a 12" touchscreen with front buttons. I think i found one with side buttons (its been a while i think it was a 12). Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! meade916
looks really good.good place for the mini too thanks.....unfortunately i dont think the mac is staying there. It fits perfect but i need that spot for my headunit. I actually have NO USE for the macs CD player so i can hide that thing and forget about it really. i was experimenting last nite trying to find a spot for it and it fits like a glove in that spot so i would like to keep it but i just dont think its gonna work out. oh well. reinke
i am not trying to hate. the dash bezel looks awesome. but, is there anything going on the bezel around the screen or is it gonna be like the caddy. i love the fact you show step by step for the most part how to do it. i had to do something similar to a friends hoe. i just think it looks "chunky". again i am not hating just stating my opinion. thehoe92
makes me want to do something like that you make it look hella easy but I'm sure it takes a lot of time and patience. I think the N1 would look sick down in that spot where you have the mac mini but then again thats a lot of screen in one area. Good Work Steve!
