meade916
so far my brand new alienware has been a nightmare of bluescreens.......ive been on the phone with tech support numerous occasions. I didnt really say much about it because as much as i paid i didnt want anyone to know i thought i had a lemon. Well, today i recieved my Windows Vista Premium (free from Alienware) and i gotta say i think my problems are FINALLY OVER!! (i hope) so far its rock solid and the graphics seem even better....no blue screens where there would have FOR SURE in a certain part of this one game i was playing. Anyway i like the way Vista is setup with the 3d window thing, its very cool!! I think my 8800gtx's prefer the DX10 over the DX9.......and whoever told me i wouldnt see SLI drivers for Vista till june was full of shit!! Im chillin in SLI right now on the lastest drivers!!! anyway back to gaming till my eyes are bloodshot, i can finally enjoy my Alienware!! Guest Nismofreak
It lags because of the gadgets. If he disables it. Man the computer is a hell lot faster because that is works alot better.

Derrick824
I love Vista and the gadgets. Mine shows the weather, cpu meter, and headlines. With 2gb ram and a Core2Duo 2.13ghz processor its pretty fast. Its much better overall than my previous computer (WinXP, Pentium 4 3ghz, & 1gb ram).
