Slapuhho Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 (edited) Well, My rear view mirror "was" very strong. I guess it's held by some adhesive. My car sits in the sun all day at work and then when I bump my windshield vibrates. Both of those combined knocked it off. I've tried the adhesive packs, they don't work for me. Is there any alternative way that it can stay on and sturdy without falling off again. Any help is appreciated. I'm going to bed now.. I've tried like 543435 times with this adhesive stuff. thehoe92 Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 I would say leave it off because if you knocked off once with the stuff from the dealer that means you have to find something stronger this could lead to the glue sticking very well and the actual windshield to crack around where the glue is contacted.
