bigg_will Posted April 9, 2007 Report Posted April 9, 2007 alright, like i said, im wanting to get a fully loaded btl by the end of this month, but since im probably going to need a new amp i had this question. if i were to get 2 BX1205D's (1 per coil) would this be pushing the sub sufficiently? if i get another amp, im going to have to wait on the sub till another half to a full month to buy... 2002 Chevy Blazer 2 door 1-18" Fi BTL, 1 T2000.1bd, 8 ft box before displacement tuned to 33Hz, Big 3 done in 1/0 Havent been metered yet

Derrick824 Posted April 9, 2007 Report Posted April 9, 2007 I don't think a pair of bx1205d's would do a loaded BTL any justice. A T20001bd would be good enough. Their average power output is 2800watts and they go for $600 from HDA.
