Sub Comparison

I finally lowered my budget! I was going to spend 750-2000$ a sub but that is too much for me so I finally came back to my senses and lowered down to 400-600$. But! I Still plan on giving whatever sub I get 4-5k a piece. So on 4-5k all day everyday what sub can handle it better and be louder between a fully loaded Btl, a LVL.5, or a DD9500?

Very Very Soon 2 Come???

(1):2002 Chevy Blazer Xtreme (2-dr. with Sunroof)

(4):15'' Orion Hcca's

(1):Stetsom V 14K2D

(6):Kicker PKD1 (Ampkit)

Ported:14 Cuft. (After all displacements) Tuned to 34hz. 3/4 MDF

(8):Screws for terminals (Better solid connection no leaks)

(1):Dynamat xtreme license plate kit

(1):Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X492

(3):300amp HO Alternators

(4):Kinetik HC 3800 Batts.

(1)Rockford Fosgate Power T8004 (For Mids & Highs)

(4)Rockford Fosgate Power T162S (Mids & Highs)

(3):Kicker PKD4 Ampkit (For Mids & Highs)

(1):Kinetik HC 1800 (under the hood or yellow top)

(1):Viper 5701 (p/n 5202V) ALARM

Big III will be done (beefing up my electrical system) etc.

Goal:154.9db-159.5db

All will handle 4K in the proper box, the BTL and LVL5 are in that price range, I am not sure about the DD, so it is mainly brand preference, all will wang hard, and all will handle 4K, so it is really up to you.

Now you said in proper box I forgot to list it. I plan on getting two 18's so the box will have the subs firing up port back and it will be 13 cuft. after all displacements tuned to 34hz. so each sub is getting 6.5cuft after all displacements. Is that perfrect for best performance or go with a bigger box?

a sub that can handle that all day probably wont be all that musical...

please do some research.

look around here,

go to *** and read there http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/

do some research....u wanna stick true to rms ratings...none of those could handle it all day everyday...

dd is outta ur price range...and the other subs probably could do that all day..please do research instead of blindly asking questions....

thanks!

i likes me some audio stuff...
