So this is my first real project for my new Explorer. I have a temp box built but it just doesn't do these subs justice. Anyways the build.

Thanks for the interest man! Ok so this moring I attempted the kerf cutting to bend the ports the way I want them... It didnt work to well :01nocomment8so:

Sooo I decided to make the bend with fiberglass and this is what I got done.

Used some PVC as a mold
