I take it its not a blow through right on the meter you may not have enough room for the wave to complete that what im banking on that setup in the vid did i think mid to high 130's and it was a 4th of the power im gonna be running and smaller subs so thats why im curious

Your right, no blow through for me, just coukdnt bring myself to cut it. So my 12's are ina 3.90 cube box. I have had other people tell me about the wave not being able to mature so it think I might be building a smaller box to give me more leg room but to also up my deebee's unfortunately I really like the way it sounds when it hits that really low freq. I have a comp in 2 weeks, its the VA state finals so im gonna meter it there & see what ido in SPL and drive by as well before I change the box.

well my only other option is to do the two of the re se 12's ported but i dont think that 3.5 cu ft is enough for them to breath with vent displacement and sub displace taken out of 3.5 it would probably more like 3 or 2.75 internal at that point is that big enough for them

you just do not have enough space to get something real loud. my box fa\or a single 12 is around 3 cubes (2.5 after displacement) the most id run in the is like 2 10's. but i also dont know how loud that would be either. any way u do it, itll be real hard to bassrace 39.9's with only 3.5 cubes and that 1606.

id go with one twelve and upgrade power. i know u got budget issues but it makes no sense to spend money and get something thats not wut u wanted. save and wait

Yeah I know that but just a quick note you guys do realize that this is an suv not a trunk install just to make sure if that makes any difference.

look up the specs on them for min cube that they can work at 3 twelves in 3.5 cubes is not goin to work if you have space constraints you might want to consider a really good qaulity singe sub like one twelve or one fifteen youd would be able to bass race with the right sub and power in the 139.9

what sub i cant get another amp right now its not in the budget so i gotta stick with the BXi1606d what single sub can i use that will have enough sq for daily use and be able to put me in the 130 class my budget for the subs are between 300 and 400

edit my max box dimensions external are w=45.5 h=14 d=12 to 13

check out the soundstreamsplx 1000 rms or soundstream t5 or the re sx would work with that amp and with 3.5 cube after displacement

do you think that would give me what i want as far as spl and still sound good daily

edit all those subs are only around a 1000 rms and i should at least be able to put down 1400 to 1500 with all the electrical i will have
