Guest Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 louder by how much? impossible to tell unless you try it. but the 2000 BAMF does about 600rms at 1 ohm (counting the fuses then taking efficiency into account) and the hifonics will do about the same (using same "formula")

E-Train Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Sundown amps are built extremely well and very reliable I have never personally used onoe but from seeing others use them and talk about them they seem to be exceptional amps, but if your looking for 1200 watts on a budget go with a Hifoncs Brutus 1606D or a AudioQue 1200D 1997 4 Runner Alpine CDA-9886 4 Fi Audio X Series 12's 1 Crunch GP3000D Pro DC Power Inc. Alternator(Kickin out 15+ volts!)
