EricR Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 another failed thread. some searching will go along way i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

redskinlgnd Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 Yeah man just do the RMS of the sub, you will be more then pleased with the output of it.. it is still a 18" BTL would they handle say a 10,000 watt hifonics amp
Guest Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 would they handle say a 10,000 watt hifonics amp why not just get a more reasonable amp. that amp your talking about needs an unbelievably amazing electrical system. a sundown 2000d (2500d?) will be plenty for it.
AI James Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 unless somethign changed i didnt know about the civic has MT's not BTL's

AI James Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 id look for different amps then hifonics if you wanna be happy for a long time
tristan560 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 nah cant handle the 10k hifonics. look for something more reasonable...2000s good to get em movin. find something arounnd 2-3k and youll be happy. 99 Jimmy SLT 4WD Systemless. 99 Grand Prix GTP DC XL 12 on 1.5k tuned lowwwwww.
