Sir Meade ( ) is not the only person that could answer that question. This forum really reps DC/Fi/AA/AQ/ etc..... so plenty of good knowledgeable folks can answer your question with some personal experience to backup there wording. redskinlgnd Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 well, hes running about 4-4.5k rms and hes about to run 6k rms to each soon.... well i am 17 and i just needed advice cause i dont wnna push to uch and blow one im going to spend every penny i make on it and needed to be sure! the fi website said 2000 watts but i looked at the tahoe and it said he is running a rockford t4k on it.. then i looked up the birtsheet and it said it was pushing 4990 watts at 15.4 v. So was confused on how they could take so much more power!

The enD Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 You are still young, as you said, and seems you've to read alot before you get to the " OMG 4KW on my BTL"
Team_DC-Derrick Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Yeah man just do the RMS of the sub, you will be more then pleased with the output of it.. it is still a 18" BTL The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... I just realized Steve has reach Voldemort status, over on JP's site he is the one who will not be named....."We dont speak his name over here, fearing it will destroy us" LOL not even in hush tones
Kasey Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Yeah man just do the RMS of the sub, you will be more then pleased with the output of it.. it is still a 18" BTLX2 something simple that puts out around 2500W per 18. And as he seed "you will be more then pleased with the output of it" "Audio is not a hobby it's a lifestyle" _____________________________Refs_1_Refs_2_____________________________
