Only one punter has hit it during a game, the others were TRYING to hit it during practice. That being said, it will get moved up higher once it starts resulting in losses for them, i.e.. Opposing team having no T.O.'s and having QB throw it up and hitting board to stop clock, JJ doesn't see it coming yet. AND hopefully this never happens to screw my team over, but you never know. So the project was designed based on that which is why Jerry Jone's is so damn adamant about it, he feels like he built it within the specs the NFL gave so in his eyes it's not his problem.
