CSX not so much, SSX should do nicely. I would say more along the lines of MULTIPLE subs rather than one. The brands predominantly available are Fi, AA, DC and the other usual stuff. TBH your list kind of took me by surprise as I thought the only names that will be thrown around are Fi and Dc which both like I said are readily available.
