banginAltima
I was wondering if its bad to over power your subs. I have a amp that has 800 watt RMS and the subwoofer is 600 watt RMSOr does anyone know a place to get a cheap amp with 600 per a channel? Have you ever thought about maybe turning the gain down? Gotloud555
If you hear distortion or clipping then turn it down. Over power a sub would mean that you might be clipping it.

No those are 1600W RMS. An AP3000 will do just fine (as long as it's properly cooled).
