Rockford Fosgate T10001BD. $700 for everything, buyer pays actual shipping. Subs were purchased from Pat (pstone's flying white sasuage v1.0). Amp was purchased from HDA(rockford's refurb dealer) on eBay. The amp comes with the cover, screws, and bass knob. Pics:
