i measure my port from end to end. even rounded. the roundover does not round THAT much of the wood off to make a noticeable difference. the wood isnt even thick enough for that to happen imo. aero ports or kerf ports are a lil different tho. so if a port is 10" long, i'll round the shit out of those edges and still call it 10" long. IF there was even a difference, it would not be audible.
