I start with an overly long port wall and cut it .5in after every burp until it peaks out. Then I go past it watch to see the score go down and then recut another one slightly longer than where it peaked and start again to make sure I'm seeing the same results as before. I leave it .25 longer than needed then do my roundovers and apply lots of resin inside the box and outside. On average I've shown .5 gain by resining box. How were you doing that exactly?
