mikey060
Other than the weather srtipping I dig it........I'd go with some sort of adheiseve instead........Not a huge fan of WS in car audio...... J i also do not nessesary want to use it...but i think it is the best thing to use for this part. reason being is for when i take the sub out i dont want the whole box to come out with it lol. i just want the sub to be removable incase somehing goes wrong and i need to work on the box without the sub inside. i will cover the seams with glue though..so hopfully that helps. i guess we will see if it works haha and if it doesnt i will take it out and glue it on
zaxfire69
Mikey why didn't you face the sub towards the rear of the trunk?? I am sure you have a reason for it..Probably just depends on your Setup. I wanted mine to face the rear and the port face the rear, but the box I built was to big to fit the 15"facing the rear..Plus I didn't have the room..So had to face sub up and port back, Crx style box.. mikey060
Mikey why didn't you face the sub towards the rear of the trunk?? I am sure you have a reason for it..Probably just depends on your Setup. I wanted mine to face the rear and the port face the rear, but the box I built was to big to fit the 15"facing the rear..Plus I didn't have the room..So had to face sub up and port back, Crx style box..basically, other than firing diagonally towards the back left...this is the loudest position. i couldnt fit a box diagonally going back, so this is my second best option basicallyAre you going to put some kinda sound deadner in the trunk? Great work so far! i would but im not going to be driving the car for mroe than 6/7 months...so not worth it imo. hopefully the air will all go forward lol
