I don't know what to say to you guys except what I have been saying....it DID sound better in a custom box, and every1 that heard it before and after agreed....That box was just kinda unfinished and trunk occupying....Looks like they are going back in that one though....unless I can figure out what is wrong with this one.

Check your phase. Then check it again. If you're getting heaps of excursion and no sound either the box is tuned really really high or the phase is backwards.

try wiring them again. I had a problem like this once because the wire was loose on one of the coils.

That port looks entirely too big and that box looks a lot bigger then 2.2xxx cubes...

Edit: port = 3.5 x 9.5 x 11?

Edit2: if those port numbers are correct, you're looking at a 45 hz tuning. stop before you blow your subs.. seriously stop now.
