He gets control of his site back and digs through the logs to get your IP address (which will be all over them) Then he gets a subpoena to your ISP for your details Then he sues you and/or tells the FBI about your 'hack' Even if you used a proxy or 2 (did you?) do you use one on here? If SMD were to receive a court order requiring them to reveal your IP addresses then you would be screwed too. Be very careful what you do on the internet. Nobody is anonymous. If something like that happened to one of my sites you can bet your ass they would pay. 10.x volts fo' life!
