Dale Posted May 1, 2007 Author Report Posted May 1, 2007 yeah you're right. i think you're also right about the battery because i specifically remember it playing great one night when i charged it. and on the other hand, it did the same thing during the DAY after bumping it really really really hard for hours. i really need an alternator man. this 80 amp alt is killing me. plus by battery upfront is just a regular battery with only 4 guage wiring from the front to rear.

Hey thanks for the compliment. I would cover the box to make it more visually appealing, but it's just temporary. The sub has fully broken-in and it sounds great. Takes alot of power too (1800 Watts) like a champ. Bigger wire is definitely on the way and eventually a bigger alt. I'll keep you guys posted as things progress. I'll just use this very thread.

Dale Posted May 5, 2007 Author Report Posted May 5, 2007 no one down here except the judges at the car shows owns a TL. it's mad expensive. the only way is to use an epic-160 and you guys could get an "idea" of how loud it is. It's loud to the ear, though
